giving up smoking
i have tryed giving up smoking before, i know how difficult it can be, even with nicotine patches, it is still really hard to quit once and for all. Tommorrow im going to try and give up smoking again using patches. I know its going to be hard, but i also know that it will make me feel more healthier. So here we go, only a few hours to go before i once again try quitting smoking once and for all. Anyone reading this can add a comment or tell me about your chances of quitting smoking.
